Terms and Conditions

  1. Period: October 1st - October 31st, 2024

  1. This program is applicable to all users who:

    • Already have an active account in the Nanovest application; and

    • Have completed the KYC process in the Nanovest application.

  1. Prizes that winners can obtain in this program:

    1. Referral Program**

All users who have met the requirements and conditions as stated in point no.2 above can participate in the Referral Program and have the opportunity to receive rewards in the form of NBT by inviting others (referrals) to register in the Nanovest application and ensure that each referral completes the four Referral Missions sequentially.

The complete terms and conditions document of this Referral Program can be accessed through the Promo banner in the Nanovest application.

    1. Referral Commission Bonus**

All users are entitled to receive an additional bonus of 0.03% of the total referral trading volume (sourced from users who registered in the Nanovest application using their referral code) with the following conditions:

      1. Total referral trading volume reaches a minimum of IDR 1,000,000

      1. Applicable for crypto asset  transactions, US stock, and digital gold

      1. The trading volume considered is the referral trading volume from October 1st to October 31st, 2024

      1. The bonus will be sent in the form of a Nanovest prize scratch card no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after the program period ends. This scratch card can be claimed in the Nanovest application as Nanovest balance no later than 30 calendar days after the scratch card is sent.

  1. All programs mentioned above are only applicable during the DOUBLE BOOST program period, which is from October 1st to October 31st, 2024.

  1. Nanovest reserves the right to modify, continue, or terminate this program at any time with prior notice.

  1. One smartphone device can only be used by a maximum of 1 (one) Nanovest user account.

  1. Nanovest reserves the right to cancel prize awards if there are transactions or activities suspected of containing suspicious elements and/or fraud and/or violations of the program's terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions in the Nanovest application.

  1. By participating in this program, each user declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions applicable to this program and the Nanovest application.

  1. Nanovest is fully responsible for this ongoing program and declares that this program is not affiliated with any application service provider or any other party.
